A beautiful two story home on the river, sitting on a high bluff of natural native oolite stone twenty-five feet high from the river to the top step of the back yard. The stone masons shaped the preexisting native stone walls into smooth flowing shapes to soften all the natural hardscape areas. The native oolite stone was cut and installed on the walls of the house to allow the Home to flow into the natural preexisting stone monolithic walls of oolite raising up all around the property.
Large Copernican palms and oaks to soften the large two story residence as well as many native and non-native palms of hardy slow growing low maintenance verities to accent the property. The design concept for the garden while not complicated meets the client’s desire to look out from a large home onto a beautiful landscaped lawn that dramatically drops off into the river.
